Position Details
1. Manager – Retail & MSME Banking
- Duty Station: Head Office
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in banking, with 2 years in a Team Leader/Senior Retail & MSME Officer role
2. Business Manager
- Duty Stations: Central District (Addis Ababa), South District (Shashemene)
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 7 years banking experience, with 2 years as Assistant Business Manager or equivalent
3. Manager – Operation and Customer Experience
- Duty Stations: South District (Shashemene), South West District (Jimma)
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 6 years banking experience, with 2 years in a senior operations role
4. Manager – Share Sales
- Duty Stations: Central District (Addis Ababa), South District (Shashemene), East District (Dire Dawa)
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 6 years banking experience, with 2 years in senior sales role
5. Branch Manager
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Boke Tiko, Bedeno, Mechara, Melka Rafu, Awaday, Babibile, Dire Dawa (Bereka), Jimma, Mizan Tepi, Bedelle
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, with 3 years in branch management roles
6. Management Trainee
- Duty Station: Various Branch Locations
- Qualification: BA or MA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: 10 years for Bachelor’s, 8 years for Master’s holders in corporate business, finance-related sectors, or equivalent
- Age Limit: 35 years
