As part of its growth and expansion strategy, Rammis Bank is inviting fresh graduates who are passionate about Islamic finance, innovation, and customer service to join as Graduate Trainees.
Position: Graduate Trainee – External
Educational Qualification:
- B.A Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance & Accounting Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Process all types of cash transactions within assigned limits.
- Serve customers courteously and professionally at the counter.
- Process account openings and cross-sell bank products.
- Handle and scan customers’ and authorized staff’s signatures and photographs.
- Receive and pay cash accurately after proper verification.
- Prepare and post both cash and non-cash transactions.
- Handle clearance of negotiable instruments.
- Collect and deliver cash from and to the ‘Till’ Administrator.
- Manage account-related activities such as opening, closing, amendments, and refunds.
Workplace: Harar
