Position: Graduate Trainee – External
This role is designed for talented, motivated, and disciplined fresh graduates looking to build a professional career in the banking sector.
Minimum Education Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, or related fields.
Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash payments for approved transactions within assigned limits.
- Attend and serve customers professionally at the counter.
- Process account opening and support cross-selling of banking products.
- Scan and manage customer and authorized staff signatures and photographs.
- Receive cash deposits and post transactions accurately.
- Prepare cash and non-cash instruments and tickets.
- Process negotiable instrument clearance.
- Collect and deliver cash to and from the Till Administrator.
- Verify customer identity and handle cash reception and disbursement.
- Execute account opening/closing, standing orders, amendments, refunds, and revocations.
