Position: Bank and Customer Relationship Services Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in banking operations or customer service is preferred
- ERP proficiency is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Banking software knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Compliance management
- Transaction processing
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Effective communication and time management
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide operational support
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
