Position: HR Intern
PSI invites qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the HR Intern position based in Addis Ababa. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals looking to build a career in Human Resources within an international NGO environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related social science fields
0–1 year of experience (previous HR internship experience is an added advantage)
Required Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to participate in diverse HR activities
Demonstrates strong learning agility
Commitment to organizational values
