JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position : Training Coordinator
➠ Education : BSC in Computer Engineering/ Mechanical/Electrical/ Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
➠ Experience : 0 years experience if any available to be in a manufacturing industry preferably in FMCG.
Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating training programs within the PepsiCo Supply Chain. This position collaborates with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and ensure the effective delivery of training initiatives. The Training Coordinator will also track training attendance, maintain training records, and assess the impact of training programs on employee performance.
➠ Computer : Proficient in using training software, learning management systems, Microsoft office tools and other training tools. Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems, and other training tools
➠ Language : Able to speak, read and write in English
➠ Location : Factory Site, Bulga City -Tulofa
