Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Related fields
Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in the IT field.
Core Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of Windows Server
- Networking knowledge, including:
- LAN/WAN
- TCP/IP
- DNS
- DHCP
- Database fundamentals
- Experience with:
- AV systems
- Video conferencing technology
- Display systems
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to support executive-level users professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Position 2: Senior IT Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Computer Science
