About Oromia Insurance S.C
Oromia Insurance S.C. (OIC) was established and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 26 January 2009 and officially began operations on 9 February 2009. The company started with 540 founding shareholders and a paid-up capital of Birr 26 million, the first of its kind in the Ethiopian insurance industry to mobilize such strong financial capacity.
Today, Oromia Insurance has expanded its shareholder base to include 840 members, backed by a strong social foundation of over 1.6 million low-income farmers through cooperative unions.

1. Driver
Qualifications:
- Completion of Grade 10 or 12 education
- Valid driving license
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

2. Marketing Officer
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Location: Head Office
3. Claims Recovery Collection Officer
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Engineering, or related fields from a recognized university
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Location: Head Office
