1. Associate Junior District Collateral Valuation Officer
Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management
Experience: Not required
Requirements:
- Minimum GPA: 3.25 (Male) / 3.00 (Female)
- Age below 30 years
- 2024, 2025 & 2026 graduates only
- Exit exam pass required
- Willingness to travel frequently and work long-term in assigned districts
- Proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic & English

2. Senior Transformation & Project Management Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 4 years relevant experience
Place of Work: Head Office (Innovation & Transformation Management Department)
Competencies: Change management, strategic agility, teamwork, problem-solving
3. IT Risk Management Officer
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
Experience: 4 years in IT risk management

Competencies: IT risk management, risk analysis, assessment & reporting, teamwork
4. IFB Corporate CRM I
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 6 years banking experience, minimum 2 years managerial
Place of Work: Head Office (IFB Business & CRM Department)
Competencies: CRM, Sharia compliance, decision-making, team management
5. Team Leader – IT Risk Management
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
Experience: 6 years relevant banking/finance experience

6. Corporate & Business CRM III
