Position: Junior Lab Technician

Work Station: Tulefa Factory / Company Head Office
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in:
    • Chemistry
    • Agricultural Science
    • Environmental Science
    • Or a related field
• Experience:
  • 0–2 years of lab-related experience
  • Internships, academic lab projects, or exposure to organic agriculture is a plus

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Basic lab knowledge, especially in chemical and microbial analysis
• Understanding of organic farming or fertilizer production is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for data reporting
• Attention to detail and ability to follow lab protocols and safety standards
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to handle lab tools, lift up to 20kg when needed

Bonus Qualifications:

• Certifications in:
  • Laboratory safety
  • Organic certification
  • Quality control(Not mandatory but preferred)
