Position: Sales and Marketing Officer
Educational Requirements
Applicants should have a:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in:
• Marketing Management
• Economics
• Business Administration
• Agribusiness Management
• Agricultural Economics
• Other related fields
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should have:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in agricultural input sectors is highly preferred, including:
- Fertilizers
- Seeds
- Crop protection products
- Irrigation products
- Agricultural technologies
Additional Advantage:
• Experience in FMCG or product sales and distribution businesses.
Required Skills
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Market development and customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned sales territories

Shashemene
Enseno/Butajira
Sodo/Durame
