Position Overview: Nutrition Officer
The Nutrition Officer will be responsible for providing professional nutrition consultation, promoting health and wellness products, supporting sales activities, and engaging customers through direct interaction and digital platforms. The role combines nutrition expertise, customer service, sales, and social media engagement, making it ideal for proactive and communication-oriented professionals.
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Nutrition or related fields
Required Skills and Competencies
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Flexibility in working hours
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients on supplements, health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions
- Develop individualized nutrition plans based on client needs
- Compile client information and track progress toward health goals
- Enter and maintain accurate client data in company databases
- Stay informed about the latest developments in nutrition and health science
- Conduct group sessions to promote company products and healthy eating habits
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services
- Collect customer feedback and provide regular updates to supervisors
- Travel to existing and potential customers within assigned sales areas to build brand awareness
- Conduct outbound phone calls and face-to-face meetings to close sales
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales performance reports
- Explain company products and promote healthy lifestyle habits through social media platforms
- Prepare various types of content and participate in recording social media video content
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
