Position: Customer Service Representative
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in managing customer accounts and handling customer inquiries and complaints is an advantage.
Skills & Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Fluency in both English and Amharic (written and spoken).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Deliver excellent customer service and administrative support.
- Manage the flow of clients throughout the medical centre.
- Ensure all client-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and register clients at the customer service desk.
- Provide clients with accurate and relevant information in a professional and respectful manner.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Receive payments and prepare invoices.
- Assist clients with inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Addis Ababa
