1. Customer Experience Management Expert
- Qualification: MSc/BA in Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years (MSc) or 3 years (BA).
- Place of Work: Head Office & Branches.
2. Resource Mobilization Support and Performance Expert
- Qualification: MSc/BA in Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years (MSc) or 3 years (BA).
- Place of Work: Head Office & Branches.
3. Senior Performance and Talent Development Officer
- Qualification: BA in HR, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years.
- Place of Work: Head Office & Branches.
4. Senior Attorney (Litigation and Loan Recovery)
- Qualification: BA in Law.
- Experience: 4 years.
- Place of Work: Head Office & Branches.
5. Branch Manager
- Qualification: MSc/BA in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years (MSc) or 6 years (BA), with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Place of Work: Head Office & Branches.
6. Manager, Strategy and Project Management
- Qualification: MSc in Accounting, Management, Logistics & Supplies Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 6 years (MSc) with 2 in managerial role, OR 8 years (BA) with 3 in managerial role.
- Place of Work: Head Office & Branches.
7. Director, Legal and Loan Recovery
- Qualification: MSc/BA in Law.
- Experience: 5 years (MSc) or 7 years (BA), with 3+ years in managerial/supervisory roles (preferably in banking).
- Place of Work: Head Office & Branches.
8. Director, Strategy and Brand
- Qualification: MSc/BA in Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 8 years (MSc) or 10 years (BA), with 4–5 years in managerial roles.
- Place of Work: Head Office & Branches.
