Available Vacancies
1. Digital Financial Services Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Purpose of the Role:
Enhance customer satisfaction by providing effective digital operations and merchant support services in line with company policies.
Key Duties:
- Conduct environmental analysis and assess institutional strengths and weaknesses.
- Utilize business intelligence and analytics for DFS penetration planning.
- Develop DFS performance strategies, policies, and reporting processes.
2. Technology Project Expert (IT)
Qualification & Experience:
- BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with 4 years of experience.
- MSc in related fields with 3 years of experience.
Purpose of the Role:
Ensure efficient delivery of IT projects aligned with Nisir’s business strategy, completed on time and within budget.
Key Duties:
- Define project requirements, scope, budget, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Manage IT resources, equipment, and project staff.
3. Resource Mobilization & Service Quality Expert
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years.
- Background in Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills.
Purpose of the Role:
Strengthen customer service by developing service quality monitoring models and supporting resource mobilization efforts.
Key Duties:
- Identify resource opportunities and deposit customers across segments.
- Conduct national-level feasibility studies for resource mobilization.
- Support branches in developing business proposals and schemes.
4. Senior Digital Innovation Expert
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years.
- Fields: MIS, Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
Purpose of the Role:
Lead digital innovation initiatives by analyzing, simplifying, and documenting business and technology requirements.
Key Duties:
- Conduct requirements analysis and ensure clarity in project documentation.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Organize stakeholder workshops, interviews, and workflow analysis.
