Open Positions:
Position 1: Digital Banking Officer
Location: Mekelle and Dessie Area Office
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking, including 2 years as an Associate Digital Banking Officer or related role
Position 2: Senior Capital Market Analyst
Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Qualification: BA or MA in Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
Experience: 4+ years in finance, including 1 year in capital markets
Certifications (Preferred): CFA Level I, CMSA (CFI), CISI, PMP
Position 3: Senior Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Analyst
Location: Head Office
Qualification: BA or MA in Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Law
Experience: 4+ years in financial services, with 1 year in financial modeling
Certifications (Preferred): CFA, PMP
Position 4: Senior ESG Project Analyst
Location: Head Office
Qualification: BA or MA in Environmental Science, Finance, Economics, or Business
Experience: 4+ years in finance, with 1 year focused on ESG
Preferred: Background in ESG reporting, sustainability, or CSR
Position 5: Planning and Monitoring Officer
Location: Mekelle and Dessie Area Office
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience: 4 years in banking, including 2 years as Associate Planning and Monitoring Officer
Position 6: Branch Manager V
Location: City Branches
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields
Experience: 11 years in banking, including 2 years as Branch Manager IV or 3 years as Branch Manager III
