- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience
- 3 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years as Junior Branch Controller, CIO, Junior CRO, or equivalent core banking positions

Position 5: District Customer Relationship Manager
Qualification
- MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years as Senior Customer Relationship Officer or equivalent position

Position 6: Branch Manager I
Qualification
- MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience
- 5–7 years of banking work experience
- At least 2 years as Business Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent core banking positions
