1. Junior Administrative Assistant
Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Administrative Services, or related fields
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant work experience
Work Location: Head Office & District Offices
2. Banking Business Officer
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 2 years in financial institutions, with 1 year as Junior Banking Business Officer or equivalent
Work Location: Delo Sebro, Ginner, Joro, Goro, Bale Robe, Agarfa & Werka Branches
3. Facility Management Officer
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience: 4 years of relevant work, 2 years in a similar role
Work Location: Mekelle District
4. Marketing Officer
Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience: 4 years, including 2 years in an associate marketing role
Work Location: Head Office / District Offices
5. Attorney
Education: LLB Degree in Law
Experience: 4 years relevant work, 2 years as Attorney
Work Location: Head Office
6. Senior Attorney
Education: LLM/LLB Degree in Law
Experience: 4–6 years, with 2 years as Attorney; foreclosure experience is a plus
Work Location: Head Office
7. Interest-Free Banking (IFB) Supervisor
Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 5–7 years in banking, 2 years in a senior IFB role
Additional Requirement: Sharia knowledge preferred

8. Planning and Monitoring Officer

11. Manager, General Accounts
Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 8–10 years, including 3 years at Expert, Principal, Supervisory, or equivalent level
