Available Positions
Position 1: Receptionist
Number of Vacancies: 10
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a Reception Officer, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Officer, or a similar position.
- Experience in hospitals, medical centers, hotels, airlines, or other premium customer service environments is required.
- Experience using Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or appointment management systems is highly desirable.
- Previous healthcare experience is an added advantage.
Position 2: Hostess / Customer Service
Number of Vacancies: 5
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Management, or another related social science field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of front-line guest service experience in a five-star hotel, airline, healthcare institution, or other premium hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering professional guest reception and customer service.
Required Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Warm, compassionate, and patient-centered attitude.
- Strong hospitality etiquette and customer service excellence.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
