Position 1: Store Keeper
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Logistics and Supplies Management or related field
- Experience in inventory handling and stock management
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure proper storage conditions and timely issuance of items
- Handle supply ordering and stock replenishment
- Conduct periodic physical counts
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards

Position 2: Accountant
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of accounting software preferred
- IFRS certification is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and patient-related transactions
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports
- Support internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial documentation

Position 3: Receptionist
Qualifications
- TVET Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus
- Strong communication and computer literacy
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage front-desk operations
- Handle appointments, phone calls, and record documentation
- Provide consistent, patient-focused customer service
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative units

Position 4: Nurse
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Nursing
- 0–6 years of professional experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced medical settings
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and peri-operative support
- Monitor patient safety before, during, and after procedures
- Provide maternal, newborn, and post-natal care
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and team coordination
