JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Procurement Officer I
➠ Education : BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA degree (or equivalent) from university in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Public Administration, Business Law, Finance, Purchasing, or closely related field.
➠ Experience : Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Procurement officer

➠ Strong interpersonal skills.
➠ Strong technical and legal writing skills.
➠ Excellent ability to assess needs and priorities.
➠ Ability to coordinate and direct work assignments.
➠ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
➠ Excellent ability to analyze complex issues.

➠ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
➠ Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
➠ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Position 2: Senior Legal Officer
➠ Education : LLB, LLM, in corporate governance and business regulation
➠ Experience : Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as legal Officer
Preferred Skills
➠ Having good team work sprit,
➠ Good ethical behavior and no prior disciplinary records,
➠ Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration;
➠ Good customer handling and serving approach skill,
➠ Willingness to accept changes and implement it
➠ Recommendable/accepted for the position
➠ Accepting the given responsibility and being committed for overcoming responsibilities;
➠ Good previous performance history and working discipline;

Position 3: Manager, Upcountry Claims Division Manager
➠ Education : BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA Degree from a recognized institution in Management, Accounting, Economics or related field of study.
➠ Experience : Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in core insurance operations with at least 4-year service at supervisory or managerial level out of which at least 2 years in managerial post relating with claim settlement operations.
Preferred Skills
➠ Communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand.
➠ Good piece of competency in leadership and working in team
➠ Good level of skill in negotiation
➠ Manage projects and program objectives
➠ Ability to show courtesy while serving customers
➠ High moral standard and ethical value
➠ Knowledge of commercial law and insurance legal and regulatory environment
➠ Perseverance to work under immense pressure
