Position 1: Media Monitoring Expert
Education and Work Experience:
- Master or BA degree in Journalism, Communication, Statistics or any other relevant fields
- 5 years for Masters or 7 years for BA
Mandatory trainings and certification
- News features, Statistics
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Media monitoring tools
- Knowledge of data interpretation
- Report writing skills

Position 2: Asset Management Expert
Education and Work Experience:
- MA or BA degree or in supply Chain management, Procurement, Logistics or accounting field.
- 7 years and Bachelor | 5 years and Masters on related position
Knowledge
- Knowledge of people aspect of Change management methodologies, approaches and models
- Supply Chain & logistics concepts and application (Ethiopian Labour Law and employment related regulations, Property administration Policies, procedures, modern practices, approaches and trends)
- Shall have the knowledge of IF-MIS & EREP Software training.
- Mandatory training on Team leadership, change management, Human resource management
- know how to perform analysis and interpretation of data
- Ability to manage time
- 100% accurate data entry and order processing
- Relationship building and communication
- Maximizing customer sanctification through teamwork

Position 3: ICT Network Administration Expert
Education and Work Experience:
- MA or BA degree or in in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 years and Bachelor | 5 years and Masters on Hands-on experience with networking hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
- Certification in a network related professional is desirable
Know-How (Skills) (Technical competencies)
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of network security best practices and tools.
- Knowledge of cloud services and virtualized environments.
- Proficiency in various operating systems, particularly Windows Server, Linux, and Unix.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks
- Strong skills in documenting network configurations, policies, and procedures.

Position 4: Head, HRM department
Education andWork Experience:
- MA degree or PHD in HRM or Management or Business administration or Business management or public administration and development management
- 10 years for Masters or 8 years for PHD (4 years in leadership position) In HR administration or development related job positions
Knowledge
- Knowledge of people aspect of Change management methodologies, approaches and models

- In procurement and contract administration related job positions
Mandatory trainings and certification
- Public Procurement Administration Advanced Level Professionalization Training, IMIS Purchasing Modul, e-GP, Team leadership and professional certifications like certified professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
