Position 1: Junior Cashier
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in banking as a cashier or similar role.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, including service as a Junior Customer Service Officer.

- Strong customer engagement and banking operations experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Integrity, teamwork, and collaboration

Position 3: Senior Credit Analyst
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in credit analysis or a similar role.
Core Competencies:
- In-depth credit risk analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and reporting skills
- Knowledge of core banking systems
- Team-oriented with strong ethics

Position 4: Senior Internal Control Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of banking experience in internal control or audit roles.

- Knowledge of internal control frameworks and compliance
- Integrity and accountability
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication and team coordination
