Open Positions and Qualifications
Position 1: Junior Drafting Person
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Drafting from a recognized technical/vocational institute
- No experience required; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge and drafting standards
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
Position 2: Civil Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building design and/or supervision
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of construction processes and standards
Position 3: Architect
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design and consultancy
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and similar tools
- Strong knowledge of codes, detailing, and architectural standards
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Position 4: Purchaser
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–4 years of relevant purchasing experience in construction projects
- Knowledge of supplier markets and construction materials
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement tools and MS Office
Position 5: Barber (Male & Female Services)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience
- Skilled in modern styling, shaving, and trimming for both genders
- Good customer service and hygiene practices
- Cosmetology/barbering certification is an asset
Position 6: Food & Beverage Cost Controller
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B cost control, preferably in hospitality
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Familiarity with IDS software is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality is preferred
Position 7: Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an F&B Manager in a hotel or resort
- Excellent leadership, planning, and operational skills
- Proficiency in IDS (Hospitality Software) is highly desirable
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
