About the Progra
The Coca-Cola Professional Development Program (PDP) is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers through structured learning and real-world exposure. The 6–12 month program offers rotational training across key departments, providing participants with the opportunity to develop both technical and soft skills.
Trainees will spend approximately 70% of their time on-the-job and the remainder in structured classroom and digital training. With dedicated mentorship, PDP participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and their area of specialization. Successful completion of the program may lead to permanent placement within the company, based on performance and business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a 2025 G.C / 2017 E.C graduate
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following or related fields:
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Management
- Business Administration
- Information Systems
- Economics
- Accounting & Finance
- Marketing Management
- Minimum CGPA: 2.75
- Exit exam: Must have passed the national exit examination
- Note: Coca-Cola may revise the CGPA cutoff based on the volume of applications
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional department rotations
- Engage in practical learning under direct supervision
- Attend training sessions and complete learning modules
- Work on team or individual projects and present findings
- Contribute to day-to-day business operations
- Receive mentorship and performance feedback
- Demonstrate professionalism and embody Coca-Cola’s core values
