The company operates two major processing plants in Addis Ababa and pulping stations across Ethiopia, supported by substantial production and logistics operations.
Position 1: Sales Officer
Minimum Qualification
Applicants should have a BA Degree from a recognized and accredited university in:
- Marketing
- Accounting
- Management
- Other Business-related fields
Experience Requirement
- 0 years of experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Basic computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions
- Valid Ethiopian driving license is an added advantage
Position 2: Junior Cupping Officer
Minimum Qualification
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Plant Sciences
- Food Science
- Agronomy
- Applied Chemistry
- Other closely related fields
Experience Requirement
- 0–1 year maximum
- Strong passion for the coffee industry and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Additional Requirement
- Cupping Certificate is mandatory
Required Technical & Soft Skills
- Highly developed sensory capabilities with a keen sense of taste and smell
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical defect grading and laboratory measurements
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or database entry
- Good communication skills in Amharic
- Basic functional English, particularly for understanding export documentation terminology
