About Moyee Coffee Roasting Plc
Moyee Coffee Roasting Plc is the first multinational coffee roasting company based in Ethiopia and a pioneer of the FairChain coffee model. As a fully integrated coffee business, Moyee manages the entire coffee value chain—from cultivation and processing to roasting and distribution.
The company exports premium roasted coffee to international markets while supplying leading hotels, supermarkets, and businesses across Ethiopia. Moyee is currently seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join its growing team.
Position 1: Junior General Services Officer
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in general services, facilities management, or administration
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of fleet management and facility operations
- Experience managing service contracts
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Duty Station
- Addis Ababa
Position 2: Accountant
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of payroll administration, taxation, and accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Position 3: Group Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, export and import operations, commodity trading, or related fields
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior leadership or managerial role
- Experience in the coffee, agriculture, export, FMCG, manufacturing, or agribusiness sectors is highly desirable
