Mon Real Estate PLC is a growing real estate company engaged in the construction and sale of commercial shops and residential apartments. The company is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven professionals to join its sales team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting real estate projects, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Position: Sales Consultant
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and successfully close transactions.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Amharic is required; English communication skills are an advantage.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective real estate customers.
- Present and promote the company’s commercial and residential projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate with clients and support the closing of transactions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and individual sales targets.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.
