Moha Soft Drinks Industry PLC is one of the leading beverage manufacturers in Ethiopia, holding approximately 52% market share in the national soft drinks industry. Through continuous expansion and replacement of obsolete machinery, the company has significantly increased its production capacity.
In addition to acquiring the soft drinks factory, Moha has invested over ETB 400 million in new projects, refurbishment of existing plants, marketing, and infrastructure development, reinforcing its position as a major player in Ethiopia’s FMCG sector.
Position 1: Store Keeper
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields
- 0–1 year of experience as a Store Keeper or Warehouse Clerk (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
- Familiarity with ERP systems and stock management tools
- Good numeracy and record-keeping skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and ERP systems
- Honesty, integrity, and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Position 2: Senior Inventory Controller
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles (FIFO, FEFO, EOQ, safety stock)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Good understanding of internal controls and audit requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Required Skills & Competencies
- Inventory planning and control
- Data analysis and reporting
- Advanced MS Excel and ERP proficiency
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
