Position 1: Junior Data Analyst
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and formulas
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of data visualization and reporting
Position 2: Internal Audit Officer
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Auditing, Business Administration, Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Internal Audit
- External Audit
- Compliance
- Risk Management
- Related fields
Required Skills
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks
- Auditing principles
- Inventory and operational auditing
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- ERP systems and audit tools (preferred)
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
Position 3: Stock Control Officer
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management, MIS, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in:
- Inventory Management
- Stock Control
- Warehouse Operations
- Related fields
Required Skills
- Inventory management principles
- ERP and inventory software
- Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
Position 4: HR & People Welfare Coordinator
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Psychology, Public Administration, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
- Human Resources
- Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement
- Administration
- People Management
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Ethiopian Labour Law
- HR policies and procedures

- Strong communication and organizational skills
Position 5: Sales & Distribution Officer
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, MIS, Information Technology, or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Sales
- Distribution
- Telecommunications
- FMCG
- Related industries
Required Skills
- Sales and channel distribution management

Position 6: Senior Finance Officer
Educational Qualifications
