Abay Bank S.C. was established on July 14, 2010, after fulfilling all requirements set by the National Bank of Ethiopia, and officially commenced full-fledged banking operations on November 3, 2010.

Position 1: Management Assistant
Educational Qualifications
- BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Service Management
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience

Position 2: Collateral Valuator and Engineer – Civil
Educational Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, estimation, and valuation

- Debre Birhan District Office
Position 3: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade I
Educational Qualifications
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or another business-related field
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations
Duty Station
- Assasa Branch
Position 4: Senior MIS Officer
Educational Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Information Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Background in business-related studies is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
Duty Station

Position 5: Branch Manager – Grade I
Educational Qualifications
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or another business-related field
Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of banking operations experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory position
