Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Accountant
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting or related field
- IFRS & Peachtree training required
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accuracy of accounts
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations
- Assist with budgets and financial forecasting
- Record financial transactions accurately
- Prepare corporate income, sales, and other tax returns
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Junior Cost Accountant
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting or related field
- IFRS & Peachtree training required
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems
- Analyze costs and recommend improvements
- Conduct internal cost audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze changes in goods/services affecting costs

Position 3: Sales Person
Qualifications:
- BA Degree or Level 4 in Marketing, Sales, Management, or Business Administration
- 0–2 years relevant experience (food industry experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers via visits and surveys
- Explain products, pricing, and benefits
- Negotiate and finalize sales
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Submit sales reports and market feedback

Position 4: Market Research Officer
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on trends, opportunities, and threats
- Analyze competitor strategies and customer behavior
- Guide product development and explore new markets
- Provide recommendations based on research findings

Position 5: Sales Supervisor
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration
- 4 years relevant experience, including 1 year in supervisory role
- Food industry experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and supervise sales team activities
- Track sales against targets
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Prepare and verify invoices
- Ensure timely delivery of products

Position 6: Sales and Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration
- 7 years relevant experience, including 4 years in managerial role
- Food industry experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Analyze market trends and set KPIs
- Conduct market research for opportunities and threats

Position 7: General Accounting Division Head
Qualifications:
- BA Degree or Level 4 in Accounting or related field
- 0–2 years relevant experience preferred
- Food industry experience advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting functions
- Supervise financial reporting and transaction recording
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Provide analysis for management decisions

Position 8: Cost and Budget Division Head
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting or related field
- 6 years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, supervisory role
- IFRS & Peachtree training required
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage cost and budget division activities
- Establish cost accounting systems and analyze departmental costs
- Prepare cost of production reports
- Develop property administration policies
- Report revenue and expenditure trends

Position 9: Mechanic
Qualifications:
- Level 4/3 in General Metal Fabrication or similar field
- 1–3 years relevant experience in factory operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Install and set up machinery
- Document work performed
- Collaborate with production team

Position 10: Electrician
Qualifications:
- Level 4/3 in Industrial Electricity or similar field
- 1–3 years relevant experience in factory operations

- Maintain electrical systems and equipment
