About Metemamen Microfinance Institution
Metemamen Microfinance Institution S.C. (MMFI) was established and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) under proclamation No. 40/96 on February 6, 2002, to operate nationwide.
MMFI provides financing for various business and livelihood activities including trading, short-term business deficits, fattening projects, machinery and material purchases or rentals, and construction completion (including residential housing).

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualifications:
- BA or TVET Level IV/III in Accounting, Economics, Management, Agribusiness, or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
Place of Work: Arbaminch
Position 2: Customer Service Officer II
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Agribusiness, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
Place of Work: Arbaminch
Position 3: Cashier Secretary I
Qualifications:
- BA or TVET Level IV/III in Accounting or related fields
- 1–3 years relevant work experience
Place of Work: Arbaminch
Position 4: Marketing and Public Relations Officer I
Qualifications:
- BA in Marketing Management or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
