Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C is a transformed commercial microfinance institution established under Proclamation No. 40/96 and revised Proclamation No. 626/2009 issued by the National Bank of Ethiopia. The institution provides financial and non-financial services to micro and small enterprises and low-income communities, particularly women, in both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.
Position 1: Customer Relation Officer
Educational Qualification
Level IV / Diploma or above in Accounting, Banking, or related fields
COC: Mandatory
Work Experience
0–1 year
Technical & Other Skills
- Strong belief in teamwork
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact and work effectively with others
- Good understanding of participatory and sustainable development approaches
Duty Station
- Addis Ababa (4 positions)
- Adama (2 positions)
Position 2: Customer Service Officer (Accountant & Cashier)
