Position: Marketing Officer (Fresh Graduate Role)
This is a great opportunity for a passionate and energetic graduate ready to launch a career in marketing with one of Ethiopia’s leading industrial brands. As a Marketing Officer, you will be working closely with experienced teams to build product awareness, manage campaigns, and support strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for paint and water product lines
- Support customer outreach, brand promotion, and client engagement activities
- Contribute to social media, content development, and advertising strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams
Qualifications
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or related field
- Experience: No prior experience required (0 years); training will be provided
- Strong interest in product marketing, branding, and communication
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced industrial environment
