Position: Market Scout (4 Openings – Women Only)
We are looking for 4 energetic, confident, and friendly women to serve as temporary Market Scouts. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early career professionals looking to gain experience in sales and market outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Scout local markets and neighborhoods in Addis Ababa
- Identify and connect with retailers and potential buyers of plastic products
- Promote the company’s product line with a confident and positive attitude
- Report back insights and contact details to the sales team
- Maintain records of visited locations and engagement outcomes
Requirements
- Female applicants only (4 positions)
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to walk/travel within local markets
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
- Prior experience in marketing, outreach, or product promotion is a plus (but not required)
