About Mandela Distance Education Academy
Established in 2005, Mandela Distance Education Academy has been a pioneer in providing distance learning solutions for grades 5 to 10 in Ethiopia. Position: Coordinator (5 Vacancies)
Are you a recent graduate looking to begin your career in education and student support services? Mandela Distance Education Academy is hiring enthusiastic and committed individuals for the role of Coordinator to join our Addis Ababa office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and coordination of student academic schedules
- Facilitate student communications and resolve basic administrative issues
- Organize and maintain academic records and attendance logs
- Assist in coordinating distance learning activities and resources
- Serve as a liaison between students and educators
- Help ensure the smooth delivery of academic programs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: BA degree in any discipline from a recognized university or college
- Experience: No prior experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
