Position 1: Graduate Architect
Educational Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Architecture
Experience:
- 0–3 years of professional experience
Technical Skills:
- Exposure to design development and preparation of working drawings
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Knowledge of rendering tools such as Lumion or V-Ray
Design Skills:
- Strong graphic and visual presentation skills
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills
Number of Positions: 3
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Accounting and Finance Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BA/BSc Degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Experience in construction or architectural consulting firms is preferred
Technical Expertise:
- Project-based accounting
- Financial reporting
- Payroll management
- Tax compliance
Software Skills:
- Proficiency in Peachtree, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Resident Engineer
Educational Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- More than 5 years experience working as a Resident Engineer
Technical Expertise:
- Site supervision
- Quality control
- Progress monitoring
Coordination Skills:
- Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and client representatives
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and site reporting

Position 4: Contract Engineer
Educational Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in contract administration
Technical Expertise:
- Measurement and certification
- Variation orders and claims management
Industry Experience:
- Experience with consulting firms and building projects
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Professional Architect
Educational Qualification:
- BSc or MSc Degree in Architecture
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience
License:
- Valid professional architect license
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Experience with Lumion, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools is an added advantage
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
