Position: Sales Representative – Addis Ababa
Etihad Airways is seeking a qualified and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow assigned accounts, execute sales strategies, and increase market share in Ethiopia. The role requires strong sales expertise, market intelligence, and relationship management skills within the aviation or commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Execution
- Define, agree, and execute sales activity plans to achieve assigned revenue targets
- Utilize sales tools, insights, and data provided by Sales Strategy & Planning teams
Market & Business Development
- Analyze market potential and identify sales opportunities among existing and prospective customers
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry developments
Account Management
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key and prospective accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers to ensure long-term business partnerships
Revenue Growth & Promotion
- Promote Etihad products, services, and campaigns to maximize revenue generation
- Collaborate with global sales enablement teams on promotional strategies
Reporting & Coordination
- Collect and consolidate market intelligence to support regional business decisions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and sales performance
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Accommodation within assigned territory and proximity to Etihad gateway city
- Strong commercial, analytical, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments
