1. Graduate Architect
Education: BSc in Architecture
Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience
Technical Skills: Design development, working drawings, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray
Design Skills: Strong graphic and visual presentation skills
Soft Skills: Good communication and teamwork
Number of Positions: 3
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Accounting and Finance Officer
Education: BA/BSc in Accounting & Finance
Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience (construction or architectural consulting experience preferred)
Technical Expertise: Project-based accounting, financial reporting, payroll, tax compliance
Software Skills: Peachtree, QuickBooks, Excel
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Resident Engineer
Education: BSc in Civil Engineering
Experience: More than 5 years as Resident Engineer
Technical Expertise: Site supervision, quality control, progress monitoring
Coordination Skills: Managing contractors, consultants, and client representatives
Knowledge: Drawings, specifications, and site reporting
Number of Positions: 4
Location: Addis Ababa
4. Contract Engineer
Education: BSc in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 8 years in contract administration
Technical Expertise: Measurement, certification, variations, claims
Industry Experience: Consulting firms and building projects
Soft Skills: Good communication and coordination

5. Professional Architect
Education: BSc/MSc in Architecture
Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience
License: Valid professional architect license
Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; Lumion, V-Ray or similar rendering tools
Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination
