Open Positions
1. Driver I
- Qualification: 10th Grade Complete with 3rd Grade or relevant Driving License
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Skills: Computer literate
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
2. Assistant Branch Manager (Re-advertised)
- Qualification: BA/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in insurance operations, including 3 years in managerial positions
- Skills: Computer literate
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
3. Office Administrator / Cashier I
- Qualification: Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Accounting, or ICT
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as Cashier
- Skills: Computer literate
- Duty Station: Shashemene / Dessie / Hosana
4. Underwriting Officer I
- Qualification: BA/BSc in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Underwriter
- Skills: Computer literate
- Duty Station: Shashemene / Dessie / Hosana
5. Senior Engineering Officer (Re-advertised)
- Qualification: BA/BSc in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or related field
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in insurance engineering, survey work, or related field
- Skills: Computer literate
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
6. Director, Marketing & Corporate Planning Department
- Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Exposure to digital and direct response marketing is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years total, including 5 years in relevant managerial roles
- Skills: Computer literate
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
