Available Positions
Position 1: Company Secretary
Location: Addis Ababa
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/LLB in Law, Management, Administrative Science, or a related field
Experience: - Minimum of 8 years with a BA degree, or 7 years with an LLB in relevant roles
- Prior experience as a Company Secretary is an added advantage
Skills: - Strong legal and corporate governance understanding
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
Position 2: Manager, Corporate Planning Division
Location: Addis Ababa
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BSc in Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline
Experience: - Minimum of 8 years in corporate planning
- At least 4 years in a supervisory or management capacity
Skills: - Strategic planning, data analysis, and forecasting
- Strong understanding of organizational development and policy design
- Advanced computer literacy
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Location: Addis Ababa
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
Experience: - At least 5 years in insurance operations
- 2 years in a supervisory or senior-level position
Skills: - Strong leadership and customer service orientation
- Proven ability to manage branch operations and team performance
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new insurance platforms
