Position : Customer Service – Paid Internship

➠ The Customer Service Intern will assist in providing exceptional support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
➠ Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
➠ Assist in resolving complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
➠ Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
➠ Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and retention.
➠ Employment : Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time position.
