JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position: Certification Officer

Qualification and Skills

➠ Education : BSc in Plant Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, and related fields.
➠ Experience : Zero (0) experience.

➠ Skills : Strong interpersonal communication skills.
➠ Job Purpose : To ensure that all agriculture (farming & agro-processing) is processed and distributed in a sustainable and responsible manner as per the international code of conduct.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

➠ Assesses if farming and agro processing operation is processed risk free of child labor, forced labor and human trafficking, discrimination, workplace violence and harassment, including sexual and gender-based violence,
➠ Sets clear minimum and progressive criteria to ensure that the conditions for farming and agro processing is practiced in accordance with international regulations & standards with out affecting environment and living habitats, 
➠ Ensures that there is a defined system for keeping track of farming input suppliers and sales information status as per the standard.
➠ Follows up the daily routine of workers, engaged in coffee processing activities.
➠ Facilitates and arranges all the necessary records for the third-party independent verifier’s process of evaluation. 
➠ Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
