Position: Receptionist
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Office Management, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors professionally and courteously
- Ensure unauthorized individuals do not access restricted areas
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and ensure proper distribution
- Handle internal and external phone communications efficiently
- Take messages and route calls appropriately in the absence of staff
- Assist in placing and logging international calls
- Cross-check telephone bills for verification and approval
- Maintain a clean, quiet, and professional front desk environment
- Support administrative tasks within the People Management Department
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Emotional maturity and professionalism
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office & business tools)
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
