Open Positions
1. Branch Accountant I (3 positions)
- Education: MA or BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field
- Experience: 5 years (MA) or 7 years (BA) of relevant experience in the microfinance sector
- Skills Required: Proficiency in Peachtree and computer applications
- Location: Addis Ababa & Wolkite
2. Operations Manager
- Education: MBA, MA, or BA in Business Administration, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 10 years (BA) or 8 years (MA/MBA) in microfinance operations, including 4 years in an Operations Manager role
- Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and operational management experience (for managerial role)
