Position 1: Teller I
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Banking
- Finance
- Accounting
- Or related fields
Experience:
- 0–2 years in banking, microfinance, or financial services
Key Skills:
- Strong numerical and transaction handling accuracy
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Duty Station: Branch Offices (Mexico Branch)
Position 2: Trainee Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Banking
- Accounting
- Finance
- Marketing
- Or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in banking or microfinance
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Teamwork and adaptability
Duty Station: Mexico Branch Office
Position 3: Marketing Officer
Qualifications:
- MA/MBA/BA in Marketing, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years in banking or microfinance institutions
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of microfinance products
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or MSc in:
- Banking
- Accounting
- Finance
- Management
- Or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in banking or microfinance
- Proven leadership and team management experience
Key Skills:
- Leadership and team management
- Financial planning and business development
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Strategic decision-making and communication
