Educational Requirements
- BA Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or another related business field.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Basic knowledge of logistics, stores, and dispatch operations.
- Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good numerical and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop within store and supply chain operations.
Job Purpose
The Store Intern – Dispatch will support daily dispatch operations and help ensure that finished goods are properly prepared, checked, documented, loaded, and dispatched on time while maintaining accurate records and following company procedures.
Major Responsibilities
- Support the daily dispatch of finished goods according to approved delivery and dispatch schedules.
- Assist with picking, checking, preparation, loading, shipment scanning, and dispatching of finished goods.
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, batch details, and other relevant information before dispatch.
- Assist in coordinating dispatch vehicles and drivers to ensure timely loading and delivery.
- Follow up on vehicle availability and support efficient vehicle movement within loading and dispatch areas.
- Prepare and maintain delivery notes, gate passes, dispatch records, and other relevant documents.
- Support recording and updating dispatch transactions in SAP under the supervision of the Senior Executive – Stores.
- Maintain accurate daily records of dispatched products.
- Coordinate with Stores, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Security, and other relevant departments to facilitate smooth dispatch operations.
