Position: Executive 2 – Project Sales

The Project Sales Executive will assist in engaging project-based clients in the construction and industrial sectors, helping to drive sales of Kadisco paints and adhesives for large-scale projects.

Required Competencies and Skills

  • Strong interest in construction and project-based client engagement
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in Amharic; good English skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify upcoming and ongoing construction projects through site visits and client consultations
  • Meet potential clients such as contractors, project managers, architects, engineers, and procurement heads
  • Present Kadisco’s products, specifications, and application benefits to stakeholders
  • Maintain and update a database of leads, contacts, and project opportunities
  • Coordinate with technical teams for product recommendations and proposals
  • Prepare quotations, product samples, and technical documentation
  • Track inquiries and support sales pipeline management
  • Attend project sales meetings, construction expos, and site briefings
  • Support after-sales follow-up and ensure smooth client communication
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
