About Kadisco Paint & Adhesive Industry S.C
Kadisco Paint, formerly Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a leading paint and adhesive manufacturer based in Addis Ababa’s Akaki Kality Industrial Zone. Established from a small automotive parts dealership in the late 1960s, Kadisco now produces a full range of paints for construction, industrial, and automotive sectors, as well as wood and concrete lacquers and adhesives for the wood and leather industries.
Available Positions
Position 1: Production Intern
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
- 0–1 year experience (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production operations and quality control
- Support technical teams in daily tasks and process documentation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Position 2: Executive 2 – Project Sales
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years relevant experience (experience in construction sales is a plus)
- Basic understanding of B2B or project-based sales approaches
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new project sales opportunities
- Maintain relationships with key clients in construction and industrial sectors
- Coordinate sales activities and report progress to management
Position 3: Executive 1 – Retail Sales
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field
- 0–1 year relevant experience (internships or university fieldwork in sales/marketing is a plus)
- Passion for sales and willingness to learn FMCG and distribution industry
Required Competencies & Skills:
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Fluency in Amharic and English
- High motivation to grow into a sales career
